This parameter is only valid with the "old" method of drum speed tracking
available in versions before 2.0a. For these versions, if the parameter "sys
newn" is 0, the old method is used.
This parameter is the size of the moving window filter used to smooth the drum
speed for the NCO calculation, used by the PLL to track drum speed. The smaller
the filter size, the more able the NCO to follow the changes in the drum speed.
The larger the filter size, the more able to smooth out transients and glitches
from the encoder.
